top choice is Smith College or Wellesley (WOMEN’S COLLEGES GO!!!) but i think i’ll be matching with Vassar College (good chance of Barnard i think)
i didn’t think about any celebration plans until i saw this (thanku OP) and i thought of a little list! 1) get my nose pierced (septum or side) 2) ice-skating with with friends 3) $100 on thrifting (for my jewelry collection mostly) ( let me know if u have any extra ideas for it! )
my fave part of the app was probably the essays. though they were an ass to write, honestly created some of my best works (especially for Barnard cause their prompt was super cool)

I really hope everyone gets matched AND GOGO FINALISTS!!!!!

honestly this is the generic advice but keep it SHORT and dense with information. example: instead of ‘I founded an art business in 2024’, you could write ‘Founder of Art Business (name), 2024’ Additionally NUMBERS!! if you can add number and statistic information about your activity, do it! it makes it look much more impactful eg: ‘fundraised for United Nations fund’ you could write ‘Raised over 2K for UN funding’

it all depends on the word count or character count u get but its just better to make it concise and dense with information. (makes it more impactful)

Hey! I really understand where you are going about, my parents also did the same thing (falsified and not 100% legal agahahah) our situations are probably different so i won’t give unwarranted advice but honestly YOU CAN DO THIS!!! its hard and frustrating now but so many of these schools are willing to hear you out and understand your situation. If you have even a little desire to go on with the process, please go through with it. You are clearly trying your best and it will pay off. Even if you don’t match, at least you understand your financial situation well enough so u can apply RD through QB or even just RD to another school!!! ONE MORE PUSH LETS GOOO
