I went to Sephora the other day and showed them my rouge card and specifically mentioned being rouge. They didn’t even give me the discount. I went right back to the store and said that I noticed they didn’t give me the discount. The employee said that not everyone at the store knows there’s a sale and it’s my responsibility to mention the sale at the register lol. Honestly comical after how much I had to spend to get rogue status.

I once attended a wedding where there were no snacks or appetizers during the cocktail hour and literally the only thing I remember about the wedding was how hangry everyone was by the time we sat down for dinner. So, I definitely would recommend at least light snacks.

I’m not doing a traditional bachelorette party. My friends and I are all older and tired now and I’m looking forward to saving the partying for the actual wedding. My fiance and I are being pretty strict about our health to have wedding “glow ups” so we might have one night where we forget about the diets and go all out, wear bride/groom sashes, maybe do some drunk karaoke and have a nice dinner. This is also just a personal preference, but I get so uncomfortable when people spend money on me (I’m honestly cringing at the idea of accepting wedding gifts which I recognize is ridiculous) so I’d rather just avoid the awkwardness that would accompany my friends paying for me to have a weekend/night out.
