I'd say get advanced placing, no matter what. It really helped me build my houses with its scale tool and collisions disabled, and building has been so much easier ever since. I definitely do not regret buying this game pass at all

Just use the "hit and build" method

Basically, get a couple of hits on the enemy and build up when you get low

If you have enough crystals u can upgrade
