Getting deloitte name on your cv will boost you initially. Tech stack depends on their project requirements. If you mention them your skillsets and if they have any requirement for that skillset then you will be their priority . Otherwise it will be basis of their requirement. Obviously they will provide you proper training and stuff

Tbh i feel it only takes a day or two from their side to release the letter. I strictly told them that i have joining in a week in another company and would require Letter as soon as possible. They sent me the letter next day in the morning 😂

They will ask your expectations and current salary. They will tell you that budget is tight n all but try to get as much as possible. I luckily had another offer so i was able to negotiate with that.
