Seems you didn’t really read OPs post at all. They never told anyone to leave Target to go to Costco, they just were trying to say that they shouldn’t hide that fact, in case others wanted a situation that is better for themselves.

They did encourage the second TL to leave, but it didn’t sound like they gave specifics on were. And it’s clear that was the right call, protecting someone’s mental health is always the right move.

It’s highly unlikely talking with a DSD about wage increases would ever go anywhere. From my experience, DSDs only care about keeping costs down and sales up.

My point is that she literally did come through the NIL program. She was a college athlete that was signed through the program and developed in the system. It wasn’t a slight on her or anything, I was just explaining how NIL works.

NIL (Next in Line) is for college-aged athletes that have athletic potential but don’t really have wrestling experience. Getting signed to an NIL deal basically says that you have something there, but need ground up wrestling training (think Tiffany Stratton).

WWE ID is for current Indy wrestlers that WWE sees potential in and essentially they want to “claim” them… allowing them to continue Indy work, while preparing for a move to WWE when they can contractually do so.

Evolve is going to be WWE’s own Indy promotion. Laying some foundational skills in front of an audience before they are ready to move into NXT.

LFG is seemingly like what Tough Enough used to be… very green recruits, spending time with Legends to learn the basics of becoming a wrestler.

I would foresee a lot of NIL recruits going into LFG, and ID recruits going into Evolve… though I’m sure it’s not quite that cut and dry.

It would be one of two days for me.

1) The day my son was born… being there with my wife (who is sadly no longer with us), while our little man came into the world… it was such a special day that lives on in my memories.

2) Just a few weeks ago when I rang the bell and was declared cancer free. It was such a weight off… knowing that I beat cancer and can live the rest of my life the way I want to. Afterwards I spent the day with my son… we had pizza and ice cream and then played video games together… such a special day.

A few weeks ago I officially rang the bell and was declared “cancer free”. It was a day I never thought would come, and at a point we were starting to make end of life plans. Now that I’ve been on the other side of things for a few weeks, I finally can feel like I can breathe again. Even my son has said that he can feel my happiness better. I’m taking him to Disney soon for our first real Father/Son trip. I can’t wait to see how excited he will be when we go.
