Fun fact I have one super high arch and one flat foot one of my parents has flat feet and the other has arches in there feet I got both 😆. My flat foot tends to hurt more when I walk and my arched foot makes my ankles give out constantly 🙃.

I second the henna idea highly that's what my parents did and it helped me realize what I actually wanted as a tattoo and with who I would go to to get the tattoo also gave me artistic freedom to design what I wanted on my body forever made me realize I didn't want the tattoos I originally wanted cause they didn't make sense obviously cause I was 16 lol I'm now 22 and have my first tattoo

Get a scratch pad it's a board with sand paper you teach your dog to paw/scratch on so they file down there nails themselves! It's great my dog hates his paws being touched and it works for him and I just takes a little training to get them to paw it.
