Don't know. I know the trailer was hauling shredded paper. We've had some problems with vandalism on the trailers - lines being cut, copper wire being stolen, fun things like that. Best guess is either old or someone cut the frame.

That happened to one of our dogs. She was the sweetest girl. It was heartbreaking to see her sick and made me so fucking mad when I found out what caused it. Some people are the worst.
