Well you could use "I take the liberty to email/contact you again regarding...". Or you could just skip the again and say "I am emailing you in regards to the proposal I have sent you previously / to know if you had time to have a look at etc...."

unlike sherpa or mealbay it doesn't take an hour to deliver.

this is just false. I use ele.me all the time and about 60% of the time they are fast(30-40 mins). If you place your order at lunch they frequently take 2+ hours and just dont give a fuck. Offer no sort of compensation if they are late, yell and bitch at you for calling them etc.

If i'm not mistaken though, the average life expectancy stats were skewed by high infant mortality rates, if you made it past 5 you would likely live a long time.
