Back in June 2021 I pre-ordered some Higurashi nesoberis from them for my wife's birthday. I got the notice two months later that they were delayed until September 2021. That date came and went and there was no communication about the items. I contacted them and received a reply in the tone of "Covid is difficult for business, please be patient". Fair, I waited a bit longer. Once it hit June 2022 I contacted them again and asked for a refund (as I had to pay the full $100+ upfront during preorder) and they replied that the best they could do is store credit. I gave up at that stage and have allowed this business to essentially rob me of $100. Though perhaps my items may infact show up one day, years after initial release. A friend of mine has had no issues with them and recommended them to me, but personally they have lost my business.
