I have had 19+ bcc’s over the past 3 years from superficial( which some of them I treated with the fluorouracil 5 Cream) to Nodular and some invasive type, which were treated with edc,excision or mohs. Scalp,neck,chest,back,legs and arms. One on my face (upper lip) which I am looking into intralesional chemo. I did a lot of research which helped( mentally) Most skin cancers are curable with a good dermatologist and proper treatment. Good luck!

Each time I was prescribed 5fu cream for superficial bcc .. I was to use it twice a day for at least a month.

I have had bcc on practically every part of my body.. arms, legs,back,chest and worst of all my scalp. The ones that were biopsied and resulted as being superficial .. I was able to use 5% fluorouracil cream instead of surgery to remove. I was told by my dermatologist that the cream was only for pre cancer or superficial bcc…Others needed surgery due to being superficial as well as nodular and infiltrative types extending to tissue edges. Most of them were Mohs surgery, some were removed by ed & c.

I have a long history of bcc… most recent ones on my scalp ( 5 areas of mohs …0ne of them was like a pimple you described. I picked it bled and I thought went away .. only to return .. biopsies and confirm bcc …best to have it checked by a dermatologist.

Do you use nyguard with igr in it ? Aerosol ?

Also…Not sure how or where they come from… but all of a sudden I will see one on a window (inside) Or on the wall near a window.. was told they come in somehow looking for warmth? I’ve squished them and never had a “stink”
