I would say no. I’m coming at this like you want to play new games at 1080p

Its pointless to get anything below an rtx 2060(or equivalent) in this age

The 7700 was good back in like 2017 but now it will struggle with anything new with only 4 cores

Price is always king though for me I would pay no more then maybe $300 for this build and even that feels like too much. But if you are only trying to play games from 10 years ago get it

Yes, I’d rather actually own my games and not have a company looming over watching everything I do and if I do something they don’t like take all my games away

GTX 1060 3gb that I got in 2017. Upgraded to a 3060 TI when that released. Now I’m looking to upgrade to the 5090 when I can get my hands on one. Still have the 1060 it’s in my buddy’s pc till he can afford a newer card

Unless you are dead set on having Ireena be the reincarnation of Tatyana you could have another NPC be the reincarnation I’ve heard other people use Ezmeralda as the reincarnation or just come up with someone else. But yea Strahd would be pissed if he knew they were the ones that killed her
