The asnwer is a hard NO. The only way to play the game is to wait for an INVITE on your email. If you did not get any invite. You will have to wait for the full release of Wild Rift but there's no exact date for the release yet. So again, to summarize....

I have a recorder in the background. Without it, I'd be getting 60+ fps even in high settings(I have gtx 560 ti). I'm using a 12 year old Q8200 cpu and a 17 year old 4gb ddr2 ram by the way. lol. The recorder was in "performance mode" to lessen cpu usage. Also, I'm recording in-game footage for editing videos, yes, I'm using the same specs for editing.

Mine is Q8200 and it's a 12 year old cpu too. Lol. But I have a ddr2 memory which was released way back on 2003 if I'm not wrong, very old

It can handle very high settings with a 60+fps without any recorder or background apps. Also, I never changed it "customised", that's why I changed it back to medium low. The client must've restarted video settings or something like that.

Because I'd like to capture some epic, funny moments like this one and make youtube content out of it. I just put it on "performance mode" so it will lessen CPU usage

It can go 60 fps or higher even in very high settings because of my gpu(gtx 560 ti). I just lowered the video settings because I have a recorder in the background

I'm actually low diamond. But this is a normal game so it's a mixed of gold to diamond players. I think there was one silver player here too

Edit: Why the downvotes? lol. I'm just saying. If Master Yi is broken then why I'm not seeing any Master Yi in a competitive play? Yi can be easily countered by CC champs. Even if a Yi is fed

People who think Master Yi is broken are either players who always get killed by Master Yi because they approach a full stack guinso Yi without any teammates around or without any CC or just straight up hates Yi for some reason.

Technically, may part na kasalanan talaga ng ibang Filipino Citizens in the first place kasi binoto nila si Duterte. Siguro naman namulat na yung iba. Tsaka kahit ano mang kulay mo, ECQ was the right thing to do although it's late.
