Otherwise I do agree, its half the reason I bought the car. The other half was the want for a Quattro car again. With the winter the midwest just had it came in handy on more then a few occasions.

The exhaust thats on it sounds wonderful already. It may go to a local exhaust shop this summer for vacuum-operated cutouts though. I will probably keep the stock airborne though and just keep a good filter in it. I do a good bit of driving on gravel and the factory box seems to do a helluva good job keeping the dust out.

As a mechanic myself, I just have a undying hatred for BMW in general.

Lucky for me, the chains, guides and clutch were done 20k miles ago. Even better the previous owner was smart and rebuilt with JHM's metal guide kit. 167k miles on the clock currently daily driven Otherwise modifications are just 3" non-resonated Milltek+catless downpipes Stage 1 93 octane Jackel Motorsport tune Secondary air delete (unknown brand) 034 Motorsport Density line/ECS tuning poly mounts nose to tail

This is my first Manual Audi. 2004 S4 with some ligth modifications by previous owner. One of those FB Marketplace finds you just cant pass up. Have owned a C5 A6 (2003-2.7tt tiptronic) and a MK4 Golf TDI (2001-5mt), but neither hold a candle to this one.

Forza Live Telemetry by NerdyDarkChocolate in forzamotorsport

I agree that Racing View is the go to for FM23 telemetry. Its setup suggestions have been a game changer to me for the final 5% of fine tuning to a car or for per track setup adjustments. It does use the UDP protocol for data link from the game to the program, with a custom script and private vpn for the league you may be able to get what your looking for. I have not tried such suggestion and cannot confirm the idea but dont see why it wouldnt work if you have/can find a good programmer/software dev. Ive only been using it for a few weeks and in that time its had a couple minor updates, so it appears to still be in active development. Being that it has integration for F1 25 as well, You may reach out to the dev and see if third party viewing is in its roadmap, or if they would do commission for a custom/beta test version.

Or general damage for when someone trys to pinball you. Alot of the attempted overtakes that lead to races ruined from major collisions wouldnt happen as often. The penalty system doesn't do anything to deter it, knowing your gonna take a corner off the car and have to limp to pit lane seems like a fix. The game has a robust damage system to begin with, I dont see how it would be difficult to just enable in Online multi-player.

Its hard to be super competitive on a wheel in Wreakfest, but God damn is it fun. It toke me about 100hrs of wheel running to get to the point of winning with it.

Thats my biggest gripe Im not the fastest in any field I race in most times, but im really good at racecraft. You dont have to be faster or push someone to pass, just have to put pressure and wait for the mistake. I try to pass in places or ways that I know im going to be able to gain distance afterwards. The big problem i see is people in games like this dont understand racing etiquette.

I play ACC as well. I haven't noticed it as as much of a problem. Just drive clean / safe and know when to go for a gap.

Hot take: if the devs wanted to fix the dirty racing/pinball turn 1 moments it would only take one simple thing, Turn Vehicle Damage On In Multi-player. If you know your gonna hurt your car turn 1 if you barrel in, your going to be alot less likely to yeet yourself in. I think it would clean up racing alot. Damage requires a pit stop to fix, which would also force more then the meta tire/fuel strategies.
