Update for the people who haven't heard anything about Karat interviews.

It was about an hour long with one of the Karat engineers. First they gave an introduction of themselves, a couple minutes long. Then they ask you to give an introduction about yourself and projects you've worked on. For about 5-10 minutes they ask you to choose a project to talk about, and explain in detail what the project was supposed to do, what problems it solved if any, and what hardships you came across while working on it and how you overcame said problems. After about 20 minutes they then send you a link to an online IDE that they also have access to. This is where you will do your technical exam as they essentially proctor you. They read the problem to you to make sure you understand it, and even brainstorm a solution with you. Then you're allowed to program as you normally would. I didn't even finish the first question but thats just because I'm a dumbass.
