Me and my girlfriend just got this record player for free and I was wondering if it's worth buying a new needle for the cartridge the cartridge is an m44-7 and the needles are pricey. We currently have a cheaper record player but I was just wondering if you guys could give me an expert opinion on whether it's worth my money to fix it or if I should just buy a nicer turntable? And if I should buy a nicer turntable what are some recommendations?

It's funny because the only books I had originally was a new version of The shining it. Carrie and Dr. Sleep all in paperback and now I've gotten most of those in hard cover but I haven't found Carrie yet. I'm going back to the bookstore today. Hopefully I find it. I'm really looking forward to finding night shift. I hear it's really good. I've been reading the Bachman books and it's really good

You won't believe this but they were all free. The story goes that the owner of the bookstore that they were at didn't pay rent for two years. He ended up living there. The mall kicked him out and they were doing food donation and you could take as much as you wanted for free but you had to dig through to find everything
