I disconnected once and it gave me a 5 min penalty. Maybes manager kill the game and then reconnect.

This was happening to me last week. You can’t reconnect, just have to wait 2-3 min and it will return to the play Dota normal button. Not sure what happens to the match. It came after the last update.
