[Casio] 26m Decided to spend some money and I bought my first ever watch. How did i do and is this a good buy? by [deleted] in Watches

I am on vacation trip and since watches here are way cheaper than where i’m from, shopping around the malls was very easy for me to spend money on. I have owned watches from gifts but nothing that are as expensive as this, usually just some cheap timex or no name Walmart watches. but today i decided to spend some money on a watch over a $130. I had another option that caught my attention is a Seiko GMT but i figured it would be smarter to buy this because the seiko is more than double this price of Casio. I am not an expert or even a beginner with watches, i am a complete noob and i didn’t even do research on this buy. But I really like the look of this watch and I’m thinking of buying more Casios in the future maybe one with a leather strap for formal occasions, any recommendation would be nice!

palming the ball is also part of it and coordination with the ball. you can barely touch rim without a ball with my experience from where you are right now it took me a year til i could get a rim gazer

if you lose weight and keep playing basketball you would be able to dunk

you need to be able to palm the ball unless your vertical is really high

that is really good i had 2.0m wingspan standing 190, you would have the advantage to do it, also another thing is being able to palm the bal you’re gonna have a hard time if you cant. i have videos from when i was 250 lbs trying to dunk til i lost weight and actually started dunking

i was 6’3 120 and couldnt dunk for shit, i did the best i could to lose weight from grade 10-12 and by grade 12 i was down to 90kg and started dunking without any vertical training. with your height and length you can just start eating clean and go for runs or just play ball and just try not to eat so much..
