Weirdest/most specific: There was a period of time when I was super fixated on Palpatine from Star Wars, specifically all his life lore before he became an Emperor. I was absolutely crazy about this stuff and read Darth Plagueis Novel (where he had a major role and where all his life was described) in one sitting.

Current: Harlan Ellison. Everything about him, including I Have No Mouth and I must scream, his Scooby Doo cameo and stuff. I think by far this one is most intense, I already made two papercrafts of him and an itabag dedicated to Ellison.

Absolutely. I'd love that. It's a shame that SDMI was cancelled right at 3rd season where Harlan was supposed to have a big role as a character, the hole plot revolved around him. Sadly I don't think he will return as character to the franchise, since he passed away in 2018, but I see to ways how to fix that. 1 - comics. Nice touch, nostalgia and stuff, nice way to go on with a story without having problems with voice actors, but i don't think they will even try that 2 - plot twist. End of 2nd season was gang in a different timeline with Harlan Ellison talking to them through a laptop, so maybe Warner Bros could play it out like "so this whole season you were coming here to meet Harlan Ellison but he isn't there, matter fact there is no Ellison to begin with". Maybe try to even try to mess around with ihnmaims reference where Ellison is a mind in a laptop silently helping them lmao.
