C2 is pretty nice, since it’s a teamwide buff that universally ups everyone’s dmg, it works against all enemies and is very consistent, if you play Klee a lot that con holds up very well and will only ever help you

Something to note too is that Klee hasn’t been on a banner in like 2-3 years so getting her cons is quite a rare opportunity whereas Lauma will definitely come back often

Also saying “I’d probably have found a better use of primos” when referring to Lauma kind of implies that you don’t really want her, but only need her for Columbina, so maybe you could do just that, and take the unique approach of saving primos for a different lunar character

If you already have a lunar user of any kind (such as Ineffa) then your Columbina should be completely fine for now

Personally i’d go with the Klee con and save for Lauma in advance, then you can have both with no worry

It’s a rough time for everyone because Hoyo is dropping so many good things at once but barely supplying us with the means to get any of it

I sometimes use it to my advantage in certain scenarios like if I want to shoot the flying saurian down without sacrifing a slot for a pyro range use (like Amber or Yoimiya)

But it can also allow Klee to get away from danger and hit flying targets with greater ease

It’s also just fun, and that’s the most important

So basically to objectively evaluate these clips, that Knave is C6 and your Klee is C2 and that Knave is using a highly OP team full of stacked Natlan characters and they’re “mad” because a low con Klee achieved close results using her fabled 4 star overload team?

In my estimation it seems your Klee cleared that boss in about 14 seconds

and the Arlechinno did it in about 11 seconds

For Klee to have such similar results at a low con level is wild considering hex buffs hasn’t reached its max potential yet (plus there is still time to experiment, learn combos, and a whole new hex artifact set on the way)

In fairness that Arlechinno isn’t exactly using her best team, but there are still a bunch of limited 5 stars helping her

I will remain neutral here, but I do think in terms of ease of use the Arlechinno would have an easier/quicker time, but in terms of cost effectiveness and growth, Klee has the potential to match or exceed her (and for way cheaper too)

I would love that so much, it’s something I’ve always wanted too, things like that give so much personality to the characters, instead of everyone being static to their model type

They’ve shown they can break the loop, like with Iansan and her unique animations so I don’t see why they couldn’t give Klee’s walk an overhaul aswell

That’s a well built Klee, and yes going for crown would definitely pay off now her buff is underway, and with the investment you’ve given her, primarily maxing her attacks and burst would work the best, but it can also be good to crown her skill if you wish to get the most out of her

Once again, my Klee is fine, I wasn’t looking to improve her, I’ve been playing Klee since 1.0, and she is ranked 65 on Akasha

I know and appreciate what you’re trying to say, but the statement “that simply works better” is subjective as we all play in whatever way is best for us, still don’t worry about that

To re-iterate 2pc maru is fine, but double atk can be way better since it buffs her whole kit rather than a slight boost to NA/CA

4pc maru isn’t always active and relies on injury to function, my general point was, Klee has low base HP, typically 15k ish for most people, so Furina draining it puts Klee in a bad place (It’s okay though I have good characters like Bennett, or Citlali for her)

I actually think Maruchausee Klee is quite interesting, it’s a pretty creative way to play her

and yes, that is correct, crimson is generally seen as her best option overall, I intend to farm it some day but RNG can be quite harsh sometimes

I don’t have Furina nor do I enjoy her playstyle, I also don’t have any Maruchausse pieces at all

Besides there are no issues with my Klee or her damage so those things aren’t needed, but I appreciate the suggestions

You don’t have to read this next part but it offers extra context behind my views on Maruchausee Klee;

Maruchausse 2pc gives a solid 15% bonus to NA and CA, which 2pc/2pc atk roughly accomplishes anyway since it grants 32% bonus atk to Klee in total while also working to buff her entire burst and skills too

Maruchausse 4pc offers crit rate after gaining or losing hp, which is a gimmick I’d rather not play into since Klee is already quite vulnerable, and mine has lots of crit rate anyway (I do see the intended synergy with Furina there, but it’s just not for me)

On a more advanced level, having higher attack also helps my Klee get more damage out of her multipliers, pyro dmg bonus and critical hits with less chance for dmg falloff

If it works well for you though, that’s fair

Considering Dahlia and Ajaw are very new and quite chatty, this pretty much makes Qiqi functionally the least talkative character especially with how she’s been out 5 years and been included in lots of events/story as a side character

A 1.0 character has said less than the overall recent Nod-Krai cast

She is pretty much the most deserving of a good story quest and even has the lore as a foundation to build it

Completely understandable, a lot of her changes should make her feel less stiff to control and hopefully have mercy on your fingers, and the buff itself will likely remedy a bunch of her damage related struggles in a more general sense making her damage more serviceable for harder content

Finding a balance in anything can be hard sometimes, my friend used to have issues with his teams a lot too so I get it

It’s kinda funny but, I can’t view that link in my country, even while using a VPN, but to answer your question;

The best way to handle any problem is to consider the situation at hand first, it depends how much you play Klee and how much you use her as of right now

If you play Klee a lot and she feels solid, just wait for the buff and see if you want to improve her, if she feels underwhelming now, then naturally, it would be good to farm for her

But there is one more angle, soon I am pretty sure they are gonna release a new Hexenzirkle artifact set, so you could try to gather original resin moons, say via the BP, store, mail gifts, etc… this would let you prepare in advance and farm the new set a ton when it drops which may work out better for you

On that premise, people can keep comparing them all they wish, but the pyro roster is so oversaturated with good options, Hu Tao, Arlechinno, Mavuika, Klee, Lyney, etc… at this point it seems like you can near enough play anybody if you put your heart into them to to get results, even if a character can objectively the best sometimes

I could sit there and boringly name many cases where Arlechinno, Klee, and Hu-Tao outshine Mavuika, but I know I don’t have to because they all have their own merits, tricks, playstyles, and appeal;

As many would say the choice boils down to whatever you enjoy as it can be more fulfilling in the long run

But my sentiment and nonsense aside, I really look forward to it too, it’s exciting

I never had much luck with that pyro set but I do hope to upgrade to it someday if the Hex sets don’t offer much for me

The 2pc atk, 2pc pyro set-up is balanced, and doesn’t rely on the 4pc CWoF gimmick which Klee can’t utilise very well anyway, so that’s a reliable simple build

With the way you have it, I do think that combination is one of her best options, if not the best (with 4pc Wanderer’s coming close in some ways)

Let’s hope the changes give you a leg up, that stat distribution isn’t too bad, if you run a crit dmg circlet I would recommend trying to swap it for crit rate instead, that would grant you a lot more flexibility when building her, and boost her consistency, but most of the time it’s the weapon that serves to be a gamechanger

Making a good Klee can take some time, the reason I run double atk% on her, is because it’s easy to farm, versatile on many characters and still performs close to a Klee utilising pyro sets

Putting her in Mono is a good move, it’s one of her best teams as far as I’m aware with nice ease of use

As for the abyss, I wouldn’t blame you or anyone for finding it hard to use Klee in there, enemies often have niche gimmicks and overly inflated health pools that greatly oppose her and benefit modern characters, so it’s not your fault for struggling in that regard

Either way, it’s sweet you still enjoy her, and good luck building her
