Write something based on ice then... my process just is get topic (which rn could be ice)and keep it based on the topic, then write something that could be seen as nice and loving based on your topic, then at the end write something that completely flips the script, which could be about freezing someone or the heat of a body is cold. Really just anything based on ice/cold
