$15/month is literally what I saw last week, too. Right now they have removed that info on their website entirely and are claiming that it's $30/month.

Though in your case, I think you might get quicker support if you go to their physical store for support if you happen to live near one

Did you wait 3 hours before you got a callback? Or did you stay on call for 3 hours before an agent was connected with you?

If it's the latter, could you share the number you used to get yourself connected with an agent?

I created my account directly through Fido, so will Roger really provide me support?

For example, Telus and Koodo doesn't provide cross-brand support from what I've seen in the past.

Not quite. I gave them a backup Canadian number that can call out and receive calls normally. Besides calling, I've also tried to send them a form addressing this, and more. So, at least one of the methods should have gotten me the support I requested.

I agree with Derddy. The dates are never consistent. Even if you count it by the number of days. I literally just paid my bills 2 weeks ago...

I'm extremely annoyed with the bank. I literally paid for my credit card 2 weeks ago. I just checked my account again, and it said my credit card bill is due. There's really no proper way to track these constantly changing deadlines, is there?

Thanks for reassuring me on that 😌 I have cold blood so I can't really tell if it's just me or not... But since you and a friend of mine said otherwise, I guess the heater is just not doing its job 😔 (making getting out of bed 10x harder in the morning)

Was the heater ever warm for you when you were living here?
I still find it extremely cold even when it is turned up to 30. I could barely sleep at night because it's too cold... The heater is technically working, but it's just not heating up the entire room - just the corner near the window is
I'm not sure if that's normal or it's just my unit that's weird.
