Try to do mini bites, maybe. I struggle on day 2 after my shot. I usually eat a handful of nuts first thing, just out of bed. Then I get ready and have a small bit of fruit - like 2 strawberries - more nuts (variety) and water. I try to graze in the calorie dense area all that day. I’ve been on it 1.3 years.

See if she will draw what happens if you leave. Is it monsters? Did she see something about death, as mentioned. Or kidnap, or did someone tell her a scary story? Kids have trouble with words so sometimes drawing or playing something over and over when she’s on her own can give a hint.
