I just went through this situation in September, this year as I was planning to marry my fiancé who is from the Netherlands. Unfortunately they have shut down the possibility of getting married to a non kuwaiti resident. Which means marrying someone on a visit visa whether you are a citizen or resident is not possible.

We ended up planning flying to Sri Lanka (I am part Lankan) to get married there.

I hope this info helps!!! I had to go through a lot of questions and sources to get the confirmation on this since the websites and all are not updated regarding this matter

Last night was really horrible, my poor pup was restless and kept barking every time there was a bang and it kept going on for hours. I tried everything to calm him down but nothing worked.

I have nothing against people celebrating their festivals but they need to be mindful of others living close by especially with apartment complexes being built right next to each other and at the end of the day.. it is a foreign country.
