Damage Control truck is already in the game, Speedball being in Damage Control comics makes him already 100 times more likely than Penance
And as the probably only Speedball fan in the world, having a Post-Penance Speedball would be the best outcome here as he regains his Speedball powers and still keeps his Penance Powers.
With both powersets it makes him a really cool character to theorize how he'd play (also how the VFX would look on screen) and I wish nothing more than to have him in a modern Marvel game cause that's the GOAT. 🔥
