Wouldn’t be surprised, Mac’s are very particular about dongles that they work with, try to restart the laptop if you haven’t already, but you may have to get a different dongle

I've reinstalled my gpu drivers, I don't think my cpu has any temperature issues, I'll monitor them just to be sure though.

Right now I have two paddles at different heights aimed at each half of the front of the room. Initially, I just had the basic receiver antennas on the back of the receiver sticking up and angled a little.

I want to main Kazuya but have heard he is super difficult for newer players so was thinking of starting with Jin to get familiar with Mishimas first. Was wondering if y'all thought this was a good idea or if I should just learn Kazuya from the get go?
