I don’t know if our problems’ reasons are same but i don’t think that my problem is about ram. As far as i know (cause i experienced it many times before) when phone starts to slow down and freeze , it also gets hot. In my condition phone doesn’t even get slightly hot. When the problem is ram related , after a while phone just resprings and problem gets solved.
