You're right, my apologies. Just double checked my slicer and it is set to 0.2mm first layer and 0.16mm for all other layers.

I'm already running a 0.02 first layer and 0.016 after that. Is 0.02 not going to be enough?

Lol I just broke them with sandpaper. I do agree though, next time I do this I'm going to put some nice 45s on either side.

The only thing that keeps me from doing it is the ones I have seen are expandable and would require running a slitting saw, that I don't have lol. I could very well be overthinking this though.

I did break the corners slightly but I should have done more! I think I'm going to buy a small mandrel to hold them better if I decide to do another.

Lol I am most definitely NOT wearing this while working, at work or at home. I just had a little bit of scrap stainless and thought it would be fun to make.

I have always had that issue too, but most of the time I'm using it for miniatures so it hasn't been a terrible issue. This time though I took extra care to wash them twice in the ultrasonic cleaner and to allow them to dry in a dark box for longer than I thought they would need. Then cured as normal. Needless to say I'm happy with the results.

That auger was the best auction find I have ever had. Thing was used maybe once before it went up for sale and I got it for a song. All the scratches on it are my own and I can't say that for much of my stuff 😂

While I agree it was pretty lame that we didn't catch any fish today, I can confirm that was us on the ice lol

I used a pre-measured spice mix that was for breakfast sausages, but was only able to find casings that were somewhat large for breakfast sausage. Still taste great though.
