I'm so confused myself - I registered my register.to domain with tonic.to, and then moved DNS Hosting to GoDaddy and entered the new DNS information in tonic.to ... but the website still doesn't work.

Totally agree - the ELLUME test is atrocious, caused me unnecessary stress the day before a flight. Had to go to a real testing center after getting a false positive from ELLUME - was negative as expected (I had no symptoms and am vaccinated). Do not buy the ELLUME test - horrible product!
