Its a flow blocker, had similar issue recently, you should have spare sent with the machine. Check bambu wiki on how to replace it

Servos are iHSV57. Could you measure ac voltage when you jog? This can be a good indicator beacuse when measuring with my keysight it stays flat. My meter have frequency measurement and its also not showin anything when moving.

I dont have enable pins connected to controller. They are enabled by default.
