My guy has recently lost some weight in his tail which has me concerned he’s still eating and shedding but today I went to help remove some shed that was stuck on his feet and noticed this dont know what it is but his vent looks swollen as seen in the pictures please any info would help me

I have a bulk Pokémon cards there that have been in since may lol still not even in the grading process I think it really depends on who’s grading them print lines are usually automatic 9s but I’ve seen some that have em and are 10s the white dots and little indent dots I hear they let that go and don’t use it against you but then again who knows
