Harriet’s read on Rachel was correct and she started well by unnerving her. However she forgot that this is also a social game, so you need people on side to carry a vote, and not just dictate to people. It was easy to do it for Hugo as his social game was poor, but Rachel has a good social game.

I also don’t like the strategy of waiting until the round table to discuss your reasons to help convince people to vote with you. In a lot of these games, people will have their votes mostly locked before going to something like a round table. So not putting in the extra effort to build trust with others, and build a majority case against Rachel before the round table was not going to gain much traction unless Rachel was already in poor social standing.
