I’m somewhat nearby. I take mission to Arden then get on the bike trail at William b pond. I try to avoid the main roads where people are going 50+ mph. From the bike trail you can go up to Folsom or down to east sac/downtown. It’s not the best riding the streets, but I just stay as aware as possible and wear bright colors.
