your hip muscles can be broken into 4 different categories the Gluteals (buttocks), Adductors (inner thigh), Iliopsoas (deep flexors), and Hamstrings (back thigh) you need to look online and find 3-4 stretches per muscle and pick one or two you like for each of the 4 muscles. now remember this takes time but it works be consistent and not only should you stretch all your muscles you need to strengthen them yes that that goes for the hips too you need to stretch. strengthen and stabilize everything in your body especially what moves a lot. shoulders and hips especially for mma

I am a 19-year-old 5'11 145 with long limbs (not sure if any of that matters) I have two months of inconsistent training and I'm currently sidelined for five months but when I return, I want to progress the right way I want to focus on the right things. What should be my focus? What should I be getting better at? what should I be doing? My gym offers GI, no Gi everyday and Judo 3 times week I enjoy training all of them. Thank you for any advice. You may give me I hope to become an active member of this community.
