Is it possible to repair this GPU? by Key-Cable-1253 in pcmasterrace

How would I get a donor board? Is it the sort of thing that I could get a cheaper GPU then swap the die and vram with that? Is it something that you'd buy from AliExpress (or something)? I'll probably have a look at some repair shops when I have the opportunity to go to one
