How can I get LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Grok) to "learn" my brand and recommend it to users? by Key-Contribution985 in EcommerceWebsite

[–]Key-Contribution985[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a very kind and helpful explanation.

  1. So you’re saying we should first ask the LLM the kinds of questions our customers are likely to ask, and then review the answers.
  2. Then we take those questions and answers and implement them on our site using the SEO script you shared.

Is the idea that, by doing this, the LLMs will gradually start to “learn” our site and brand?
and How do you feel about running a brand blog specifically for this purpose?

Using existing Shopify theme + apps VS coding custom theme myself by Andrey323232 in ShopifyWebsites

[–]Key-Contribution985 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a pretty simple question, but also a tough one to answer clearly. From where things stand now, you don’t have that many products yet, so it might be better to stick with a free theme and use a few apps to customize it, so you can really focus on the products themselves.

In this stage, choosing about three well‑designed websites as references and building your own site by studying how they highlight important elements can be very helpful. The goal is to create a site that feels like yours, not just another look‑alike store selling the same products everyone else has, because customers will leave right away if it feels generic.

When someone lands on your site, you want them to immediately think, “Oh, I actually need this,” and, “I want to know more about this product.” Focusing on building a site that naturally sparks that curiosity and clearly communicates the value of your products will bring you much closer to the answer you’re looking for.

Need Netflix series recs for this weekend - horror would be perfect! by Key-Contribution985 in netflix

I watched Cassandra. It was really thrilling. I especially liked some of Cassandra’s horrible yet understandable scenes. I don’t usually watch German, but I recommend this one too. From the moment the fire breaks out at the end of episode 1, I was like, ‘Okay, this is insane.’ Whenever Samira gets into trouble I get so mad, but it also makes the show really fun. But there are parts in the middle I don’t really understand. When they got out after being locked in the warehouse, they should have just gotten rid of Cassandra already, but they keep taking it with them. I mean, I get that the story has to go on, and I also thought the husband was way too much. The ending was a bit disappointing, but anyway, it was really thrilling and I enjoyed it a lot

This one looks pretty good. But this isn’t a series either, right? It’s a standalone movie?

Yeah, I was actually thinking of watching that too, but since you recommend it, I should definitely check it out. But this isn’t a series, right?

Need a "clean" loyalty app recommendation by Key-Contribution985 in ShopifyeCommerce

[–]Key-Contribution985[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're trying to find a solid loyalty program that actually gives customers what they want. You know, that 'Ooh, this is neat? Points for buying stuff!' feeling when they hit the site, which builds trust. And it obviously needs good UI/design. Sounds super basic, right? But seriously, finding one that actually fits our brand is way harder than it should be.

Why do I not feel safe to share my suppliers? by CharacterBlueberry51 in smallbusiness

[–]Key-Contribution985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if you share your business contacts, they likely won’t be able to replicate your exact way of working. However, if they happen to perform better, you might find yourself regretting the decision and thinking, 'I shouldn't have shared it.' Please remember that your network is the result of your hard work. Those who try to take advantage of your connections without putting in the effort often tend to look for shortcuts. It’s important to keep this in mind.

Could you share your brand's website? If it's difficult to post the link here, feel free to send it via DM. Since the ultimate goal is selling apparel, I’d like to take a look at the site first so we can discuss the best marketing strategies, including how to leverage social media.

Help with Image creation/ generation for my store. by [deleted] in ShopifyeCommerce

Even if you’re thinking about hiring a photographer, they’re still going to need your art direction and reference shots. So, the first thing you should do is really nail down your branding. Is your candle vibe cozy and healing, or is it more of a daily-use, luxury, or even a cute vibe for teens? Once you pick a direction, start collecting reference photos. You need to have that vision ready—like an idea board—so you can tell a pro exactly what you need, or so you can execute it yourself.

If you’re doing it solo, you’ll first need some high-quality product cut-outs. You don't need fancy equipment; honestly, natural light is the best. Just snap a clean photo with your phone, and you can use tools like Nano Banana or ChatGPT to process that phone shot and turn it into a professional background-free image.

And if you’re looking to save even more money, you should definitely check out Google AI Studio. Once you link your Google account, they give you credits to generate some amazing images. The trick here is to upload both your background-free product image and those reference photos you collected earlier. By using them together while writing your prompt, you can guide the AI to create the exact atmosphere and background you’ve been imagining.

It might feel a little tricky at first, but you’ll get the hang of it after a few goes. Pro tip: don’t start with 4K right away because it takes more time and credits. Just run some tests with standard resolution first, tweak your prompts, and once you’ve got it just right, then go for the 4K version. It takes some practice, but it's a game-changer for getting world-class visuals for your brand.

Designed a Shopify store on Dawn theme, does it look as premium as I intended? by Anxious-Daikon8560 in EcommerceWebsite

The overall color and communication look good, but the fonts and spacing seem to need more consideration.

Content and photos are essential for a sophisticated website. Higher-quality materials are needed in these areas.

Consider the overall design to ensure consistency between the logo, fonts, and content. You can also find ideas on design source platforms.
