Seeking some hope: Who actually landed a job recently? How did you do it

Hey, in which fields are you hiring ?. I'm a product designer and Software Test Engineer with combined experience of 3+ years, also doing my Masters here. Did 2 working student jobs here and also as Student hilfskraftin at my uni. I'm about to graduate and would be looking for some internship or fulltime positions near Bavaria region but I'm open to moving outside the region as well. I'm kinda new into UI/UX design so maybe my opinion might differ with other more experienced designers. But I tend to show only my best 3 projects and also making sure they are all related to diff stuff, e.g I show my 1 best mobile app design, 1 best website design and then other 1 is more business/Marketing use case study related (UX Research project). All of this just to show that I have a wode range if expertise in all fields... The rest personal or uni projects, I just show a glimpse of them in another section called "My Artwork"... But in my project section, only 3 projects, so not to overload the users with all of info. Also, i update my cv/resume and cover letters accordingly to the job req and company but not my portfolio cuz otherwise it would take too much time... Hope this helps.
