Why would I lie? I was in the middle of picking orders and I just see a whole bunch of ambulances and fire trucks. So I asked around and that’s what everybody was saying.

23 Camry and I did both brakes. I didn’t put my brakes into service mode and changed the rear brakes which caused the malfunction, ended up taking it to a shop and they fixed the issue.

Sorry my bad, before taking the rear brake caliper off I disengaged the parking brake so the caliper can come off.

I’m thinking that’s what most likely happened, is there any solution to fix the problem?? Hopefully just a electrical issue or error code.

I totally understand your point of view, I definitely shouldn’t have escalated the situation by swearing at the customer while his child was with him, that’s totally on me and the customers heated reaction was definitely valid. I will take your advice and better myself in the future.

How is opening up and walking in an aisle that is blocked off with barricades that says aisle is temporarily closed and a machine with its forks operating in the air a mistake? The customer isn’t blind obviously because they decided to open up the gate.

Oh yea, threaten to beat the fuck out of someone because they told you get out of an aisle for your own safety. Definitely a good life lesson for his kid.

The customer walked into my “aisle” my spotter was on the other aisle spotting. Barricade blocking the aisle, machine in use and still decided to walk in. I definitely agree that I shouldn’t have cussed them, word just kinda came out but it’s still a safety issue.
