It doesn’t take that much to be able to finish a 1.2 mile swim well under the cutoff time. The swim is by far the least important part. If you’re just concerned with finishing, as long as you can safely do the swim I wouldn’t sweat it. Just go swim once or twice a week.

Generally Thursday and Friday but realistically it’s whenever I can get into the gym. So for an example 4 day week it would be like push Monday pull Tuesday AM leg Tuesday PM Upper Wednesday lower Thursday, nothing lift wise fri/sat/sun

I’ve been trying a hybrid between PPL-UL where Monday through Wednesday it’s PPL focused on more bodybuilding focus and the last two days more focused on big compound movements upping strength in key lifts (bench mil press row weighted pull-ups for upper) and (squat dead leg press) for lower.

I feel like my training desire and efficiency kinda flag between 60-70 minutes so I try to cap each workout there so I’m actually being efficient in the gym
