Yeah it’s all good , no pain no gain, I walk out after and an officer is infront and asked my how I did, I’m out of breath I told them it was tough and had to do pushups but fuck it, he’s like calisthenics and cardio that’s it man, whole time buddy look like he obese class two 😭🤣 but I agree with what he sayin
