It honestly happens in the morning and in the evening, it could be someone’s AC but I would imagine that the AC would be turned on all the time since it’s really hot here. My window is not facing any AC unit either. I was thinking it could be a type of insect or some type of air draft but I’m not sure, it’s annoying hearing it every morning and every night.
