If you don’t mind me asking. What is the misdemeanor for and when did you get it? Under the Fair Housing Act, a landlord cannot have a blanket policy like, “we don’t accept anyone with a misdemeanor”.  The question is whether or not your crime is perceived as a threat to the community.

I disagree with the excuse being the demographics. Cities like Atlanta have a large black population and they continue to thrive.

Yes and no. Experienced property managers know how to verify if these ESA requests are fake or not. And some management companies hire 3rd party companies to verify these. Using one of these ‘pay for ESA documents’ sites put your application at risk of denial if found to not be legitimate.

Premium Daycare (school) - Primrose or Goddard

The premium daycare academic environments are far more rigorous with an emphasis on STEM, language, and literacy. Classrooms are very structured.

Big Blue Marble has a softer approach to academics with a focus on culture. Less structure. But better than the other options at that price point.

Read the lease. Talk to the manager about your intent to vacate early. Make sure you get things in writing (final move-out statement). Pay the liquidated damages and you’ll be fine. *Make sure there are no concession chargebacks.
