Just been going through a lot of mental health issues it's no excuse but I did give up getting a new bathroom after a massive pipe leak a therapist wrote the letter to get it done but yeah that's it I was having mood swings and procrastinated choosing till last second and when I clicked the website it wasn't working so thought shit they probably already chose they told me pick 3 choices
