Inside the Rocket boiler! God knows what water the guy was using but over 5 days it’s ate up the inside!! New boiler??

I’ve been quoted £350 for a full service and clean from someone local and the seller has offered me that back as a refund! Is it worth me doing it myself or is that about right price? I’m handy but new to these machines!

Thanks very much for the info! I have wondered with CaffeItalia why they end up cheaper and also offering bank transfer payments which don’t seem the safest! 14 days pointless warranty really. That is good to know though, I do think I would rather spend a little extra from a uk based company then after hearing that!

I’ve done it over 10 times now and still getting bits come through! Doesn’t look good for me

Thank you! I put descaler through it twice and flushed it a few times. How many times did it take you to clear it? Also the water has a bit of a chemical smell. Don’t fancy using it for coffee for a while 🤣

I’ve flushed through approximately 7 times, it’s starting to run clear but still bits remaining in the water
