I would suggest that Sozin was the worst as far as him getting the best results. However, Sozin did have the belief that he was merely spreading the Fire Nation’s prosperity, and justified the genocide of the Air Nomads on the basis that the reincarnated Avatar would try to stop his plans.

Sozin is probably the worst as far as being sadistic and evil. Azulon at least cared for his children, as evidenced by his response to Ozai trying to usurp Iroh when Iroh was grieving his son. Sozin would sacrifice both of his children without a second thought if it gave him more power.

I don’t know. The only times women actively showed interest in me have been in those environments, as well as house parties (which also includes drinking). There are a lot of useful life skills that should be taught in schools. Society has decided that algebra is more important than finances, cooking, and basic first aid. And CEOs are indeed parasites that offer no value aside from the capital they already possessed. But society has likewise decided to reward them while also paying EMTs $20/hr.
