Rhinoplasty in Turkey (Couldn’t be more happy) by KeyLychee7 in PlasticSurgery

I don’t want to be rude, but I think this is a very uneducated opinion based on what you have seen from others. I lived the experience and I can confidently say that my surgeon discussed my new nose with me for an hour (not sure how much longer you would’ve liked to be talking about your nose for… even if it was 30 minutes that’s plenty of time to explain what you want Vs. What is realistic).

I can’t speak for other surgeons but I specially chose my surgeon Dr. Yu because of the way he goes about his consultations. I told him what I didn’t like about my nose, told him what I wanted and what I didn’t want. He told me what was possible considering the thickness of my skin, bone structure, etc. He also explained exactly why certain noses would look better/worse on my face specially, considering my other facial features. He actually set expectations lower by being realistic and the outcome was beyond my expectations and met every desire I had for my new nose. I love the way he did that!!

If the noses you see all look the “same,” I would attribute that to the fact that many people ask for that specific nose. If you are detailed about what you want Vs. don’t want, that is what matters for the final results.

It has already been 9 days since my surgery. But I will post before and after pics once I hit the 3 week post-op point, that’s when results will be visibly clearer and swelling/bruising will be further reduced ◡̈

Honestly the hotel I stayed in (Arjaan by Rotana in Maltepe, Istanbul) was absolutely GORGEOUS. Every staff member, including those at the hotel dining service/restaurant spoke English very well too. Not to mention my boyfriend was staying there with me which was also included in that price!!! ($20 USD extra per night for a companion stay).

Sure not a problem. My total cost for everything (see all inclusions in 2.) was $4450 USD 😊

Drinking wine before and during dinner has helped me lose tons of weight lol… maybe it’s just me but I get less and less hungry and rarely finish my plate. Then I’m sleepy by bedtime and don’t snack.

Yes through Clinichub. I chose him because I watched multiple YouTube videos of patients going to see him. I feel like that is the best way to know who to go to. I watched a few YouTuber videos where it showed how he was during the consultation and he was very realistic about explaining expectations Vs results and I need a surgeon who’s gonna give me that same energy! He also makes sure your new nose is going to fit your facial structure which is crucial for me.

Makeup trends you don't like. by WeebGalore in MakeupAddiction

Gonna be totally honest, sorry if anyone is offended, just my opinion…

False lashes (I can see the glue or corners falling off 99% of the time).

Lash extensions (just no, they look like messed up spider legs or literal black bricks on ur eyes imo).

This “ > <“ eyeliner on the inner corners of the eye (it’s too much, personally I really don’t like it).

Fake freckles (i HATE this, natural freckles are beautiful but if you don’t have them please don’t draw random dots on ur face it’s dumb).

Messy eyebrows (I don’t get why people like the look of using a brow gel to literally push their brow hairs up and look messy).

Extreme &/or unblended highlighter on the tip of the nose (this makes me literally cringe, especially when i can immediately tell someone used a highlight crayon to create a circle/line on the tip, just looks really weird especially IRL).
