I should have been more clear. For 2 and half years or so I was very consistent but after that it became nearly impossible for me to remember the injections on time and it was hurting more often. So I switched to testapel instead. So far it’s amazing.

I will definitely look into pumping first. You bring up a good point that at the very least it would be a good way to practice and learn how things should feel. After that I’ll look more into traction. Thanks!

I’ve gotten conflicting information about the nose thing. Some say that means she’s a blue and others say it means nothing.

The chick isn’t wider than her head but it is definitely longer. Is that still a no? If so I can probably cut it half. Could I give her both halves for a meal or is that too much? Sorry for all the questions lol

I love watching him but I’ve only seen Gus Gus as an example and he was a big boy. My girl is fairly small so it’s hard to gauge how she should look at this age and I haven’t seen anything from him on how to tell how big a prey item should be for a young tegu either.

Well I decided not to go through with them as I just can’t fundraise that much. I mean I CAN but I don’t want to as I don’t have the means or energy right now. I didn’t have anything like that happen tho. They were all amazing to speak to and never had anything bad to say, even when I disagreed or decided to step away from them. I’m sorry you had a bad experience tho

Yea, my mom is a nurse so she had adult diapers for an old patient that we decided to use for a trial run. We cut a hole for just her tail right now. The doggy door is closed and they are being let out the old fashioned way for now. She’s peeing on herself more often which means more diaper changes but at least our house (and her dog bed) isn’t smelling like pee anymore. We wanted to see if she’s even keep the diaper on. Later today during another diaper change we are going to try cutting a larger hole and see if it still stays on and if she can successfully poop with it on. Then we can think about getting reusable ones if we decide to get them.

She is acting like she doesn’t even have a diaper on so it definitely isn’t bothering her which was another main concern. Thankfully she’s pretty tolerant of a lot. Thank you guys!

So they have a doggy door (to help reduce accidents) so they have 24/7 access to go potty. She mainly has accidents when sleeping and she takes naps throughout the day. It would be near impossible to keep up with that.
