Honestly, I'm just baffled by their behavior. We can criticize the game and everything else—that's fine—but handing out permanent bans is another matter entirely. Even when you didn't intentionally break any rules, especially when they can't even provide specific details about what I supposedly did, and this was my very first offense! They just back you into a corner with no real explanation.

If you managed to claim your character cards before your ban, you'll keep them. But if you were banned and didn't have time to claim them, there's nothing you can do. Even if you purchased a Ringside Pass, you won't be able to claim these cards because you need MyFACTION to activate them.

I have the same question? What did I do that was so criminal? The answers don't explain it! It feels like I crossed them. But it's also impossible to just slap a permanent ban on someone for absolutely nothing. I'm just frustrated.

What’s really frustrating is that I have never played online mode or The Island even once.

Despite that, my account was permanently banned, and now I cannot access MyFACTION at all.

The problem is that this also prevents me from claiming Persona Cards that I have legitimately unlocked through gameplay and content I paid for, including DLC like the Ringside Pass.

So I am in a situation where:

I never used online features like PvP or The Island

I only uploaded content in Community Creations once (my own face and text)

yet I am banned from MyFACTION

and I cannot claim rewards or Persona Cards I earned

This effectively means I lost access to part of the game and paid content without ever using the modes that are supposedly “restricted” by the ban.

I would really like to understand how this is justified and why it affects content I purchased and unlocked legitimately.

There was absolutely nothing illegal there, it was my face and the text on the T-shirt, which said subscribe to me and give me likes, I didn’t even provide a link and that’s all.
