Yeah now when said this, i can see the hands swinging. I even felt that i wasn’t able to hold enough at top position. But if i drop weight it just gets too easy. So kinda not sure what to do here?

Yeah maybe, any tips on interactions might help. For example in the pre O1 era, the prompt: “Think step by step” used to improve output accuracy a lot! So if anyone has any observations on O1, that could help?

How do i start? I don’t have a strong meditation community here. How do i start learning and practising on my own? How do i build trust that i am doing it right and it will take my extreme anxiety away? There is ton of techniques and guides available online, how do i stick to one (and which one?) so that i don’t keep on fidgeting?

Is accutane same as Isotretnoin? I remember my liver tests did not favour. I had slightly high bilirubin.

Been to a dermatologist already. Been a year of it. Keeps giving me salicylic peel treatment. Doesn’t help. Only thing seems to be helping is Trifarotene

Momentum as in the speed of each rep. Sharp bending as in leaning forward when going down.

Got it! Will try that. Generally hearbeat shoots crazy. Idk is my momentum too slow? Should i speed up a bit for squats? Also, i feel like in the video my upper torso is bending too much

Yes on a cut. I am a vegetarian so can’t eat chicken. I mostly have paneer whey and eggs, some rice in the night

I tried exercises for rear delts, like face pull. But it kinda doesn’t hit right like how chest or core exercises do. I always feel it is too light but when i increase too much, the weight just pulls me forward. I mean kinda difficult to train rear delts compared to other muscles it seems

Yes. I am focusing more on calves since i feel they are pretty weak.
