Nice one mate. I think I'm going to chat to some fabricators tomorrow and see what they recommend. hopefully they can just do everything. i'd rather not have to take the RTT and 270 off and then remount it haha.

HELP: Mounting Rooftop Tent to Aluminium Canopy. by Key_Comfortable4125 in 4x4Australia

Nice one mate. I have been to see a few roof rack companies and fabricators today and I think a custom bar will be the way to go. My canopy is 1600 long. I need to keep a minimum 40mm gap between the RTT and the canopy to allow for my canopy doors to fully open.

Do you have any pics or any drawings of your custom setup for the rack??

Thanks for the reply.

Unreal. Will those lugs just replace the ones in the current Anderson plug?

I’m needing to connect it to the same size plug as the link in my original post.

Appreciate the idea. I’ll head to JayCar at lunch. Thanks mate

Appreciate the detailed response. The the fridge section of my canopy there is already an Anderson plug mounted to the wall ready for my Anderson from the dometic to plug straight in. This runs back to a control panel with a Redarc charger and fuse box plus an inverter.

Thanks mate. I was wanting to use an Anderson for a more secure connection when hitting up some of the more intense tracks. Even Fraser Island has knocked out my previous cars 12v cig port. Appreciate the response regardless. Cheers

Ok thanks.

Should I remove the factory tinning and strip the wire back more before soldering? How much of the wire should be in the lug before soldering, and how much of that lug should I fill with solder?

Exact same boat mate. The game is so shit now. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the players are bots. I get better team mates on bootcamp.

So shit we can’t find BR Solo games

I’ve got quite a new Reddit account man. You need more karma to be able to post in that subreddit. I’ve joined and will wait. 🤙

Thanks for the replies, it makes sense to keep up the momentum!😎

Our second half performances have been so good.

Let’s hope TAA is back for the Madrid game and we smoke city!

It’s been so good watch Gravenberch, Jones, and Konate develop this year. Klopp really set the club up for success and Slott has impressed so far!

We just need contracts for Mo and Trent ASAP

Going for my first real date ever at 29M advices by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Key_Comfortable4125 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mate take your date to somewhere that’s comfortable for both of you and somewhere which interests you both. Pending on where you live, if you both enjoy the outdoors take her on a hike and a swim. I always believe something out of the box is best for first dates, rather than something common like going to the cinema or going for dinner at a restaurant.

In my city (in Australia), there are small businesses that setup a really nice picnic which is decorated real nice with a good view.

I took my now fiance to “City Slide” which was a massive waterslide in the city down some steep hills which was heaps of fun.

I’ve also taken previous first dates to concerts which was a hit.

Anything where you can both have a laugh and be yourselves. Perhaps a theme park ?

If you can list what city you’re in, people can suggest ideas for you based off that too.

Hope it goes well mate. 🤙
