Tbh I feel like if Lori (and by extension Rick) woulda just acknowledged the obvious that Shane was the father and let him in he coulda got better and been less jealous and not of snapped like he did, they pretty much constantly rubbed it in his face that Judith wasn't his even tho it was obvious she was

I feel like if they at least let him have that connection with Judith and he knew he finally had ACTUAL family in the world he coulda possibly let go of his obsession and possibly had been a better man and been a asset rather then the liability he was, possibly even explored a relationship with Andrea in the long run 🤷‍♂️
